Power BI Work Order Dashboard

SOURCEREADME.mdAdapted for portfolio readability; claims remain source-derived.

A focused Power BI dashboard using synthetic work-order data to demonstrate operational KPI design, filtering, DAX-backed reporting, and management-ready visualisation.

01

What it shows

  • total, open, completed, and overdue work-order KPIs;
  • jobs by status and job type;
  • open, in-progress, and overdue work;
  • assigned-person filtering;
  • operational reporting from a synthetic CSV source.
02

Evidence

Screenshot Group 01 contains one approved full-dashboard image:

`docs/screenshot-groups/screenshot-group-01-operational-reporting`

One image is intentional here: this is a focused single-page dashboard rather than a multi-page application.

03

Files

  • `WorkOrderDashboard.pbix` - Power BI report
  • `sample_work_orders.csv` - synthetic source data
  • `dashboard-preview.png` - dashboard preview
  • `docs/` - reproduction, release, and evidence documentation
04

Reproduction

See `docs/REPRODUCTION.md`.

05

Status

Closed at **v1.0.0** and in maintenance mode.

The report package, source data, screenshot evidence, manual Power BI review, repository verifier, GitHub Actions validation, release artifact, and checksum are complete.

06

Data boundary

All records are synthetic. No real company, client, employee, site, or work order data is included.
